About Lynda
Lynda Gibson is an accomplished business paralegal who provides superior service and value. With more than two decades of legal and business experience, she has assisted attorneys in matters ranging from corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and securities regulation to commercial real estate transactions with an emphasis on leasing and commercial loan financing.
She has supported both in-house and outside counsel. Those experiences have provided her with a unique perspective and the experience, team focus and exceptional technical skills to see each project through to a swift and successful conclusion.
When she’s not working, she enjoys a good Netflix binge, but can also be found on long hikes with her husband and their two dogs or on the driving range trying to perfect her golf game.
